Data we process
This website sends no forms. The buttons that prepare a message (designs, piercing, booking) only draft a message in your browser and open your own WhatsApp; nothing is sent until you choose to send it. If you write, your data (name, phone number, message, photos) is used only to reply and arrange your appointment.
Legal basis and retention
Your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) and arranging your appointment (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Data is kept as long as needed and then for any period the law requires.
Hosting
The website is hosted by Cloudflare, Inc. (USA). When you visit, its network logs technical data such as your IP address and browser, to serve and protect the site and count visits (legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). International transfers are covered by appropriate safeguards.
